This is your opportunity to hear the latest news about what is happening in our neighbourhood and express your views on some of the decisions affecting the association and World Heritage site and the city as a whole.
We would appreciate if you could indicate your attendance and pay your membership dues prior to the meeting. There is no requirement to be a member to attend the AGM this year, but we hope you will support the Association by joining. Subscriptions are £15 p.a. per household.

- Approval of the Minutes of AGM on 19th September, 2021
- Election of Committee Members
- Chair and Treasurer’s Report – to be available, Approval of Statement of Account and subscriptions.
- Changes to Waste Collection – Update on the communal bin project introduced by City of Edinburgh Council and information regarding the green gull proof bags pilot and next steps.
- Transport/Traffic Calming – Views on the traffic in our streets and the impact of the other initiatives proposed by the council for the City Centre.
- Association Constitution – The Association does not have a current constitution and it is important that we have an approved constitution in order to be recognised by various bodies, including Edinburgh World Heritage. A draft constitution has been drawn up based on similar Associations for discussion/approval.
